Hallo zusammen!

 

My German is still trash so I’m going to ask my questions here. And Kudos for having a English section! :ok_hand:

 So, I made two bank transfers; 

  • on the 25th April of 2€ and,
  • on the 27th April of 1€. 

I received the transfer I made on the 27th April but not the one I made on the 25th April.
I put the exact information I got after sending a text message to 56656.
 

My question is, will I be able to get the 2€ or is it gone forever? :thinking:

 

**Yes, 2€ is still 2€ so yeah but I first made these two transfers before topping-up my account e.g: 10/20€.

 

Another question is, can o2 prepaid customers request for o2 email-address or is it something reserved for e.g: DSL customers.
