It looks like you tried to log in via the app? Have you already tried via the web browser? Has the login possibly worked again in the meantime?
Since you don't have a phone number with which you are registered here, I can't check for you. Alternatively, we have the option of switching to private messages so that you can send us your contract details so that we can check this for you.

Still not working. I also try using the contract number but somehow i can‘t find it on the invoice

Please reply to this message with the following information: your full name, your phone number/contract number, your 4-digit personal customer code. If any of this information is not available, please send me your full name, date of birth and contract number. I can then look it up for you.

Please simply choose a username that you can remember. Special characters such as -,_ and . may be included, but must not begin or end with a full stop. The length must be between 5 and 30 characters and may not contain more than five digits.
