Hello,

I recently bought o2 sim. But, for some reasons, I unable to get OTP (I'm not getting OTP on sim).

Please help me out.

 

OTP  "One True Pairing" ??? 😄

Or SMS for log-in or what is the problem ???


Actually it's ONE TIME PASSWORD. I'm not getting one time password through SMS. 


Does SMS from national smart phones work?
Is the sender domestic or foreign?
Messages app updated?


Is this a problem with one service or several? If one, then the problem is more likely to be with the service provider.

I want to register my phone number (o2 sim number) on Amazon and also, I want to create my new email address with this number.

And as for above process, they need to verify that sim is mine by giving me OTP. But, I'm not receiving that!!!

I'm worried that what will happen if I don't receive my bank OTP also in future. (I haven't opened bank account. But, gonna open it in next week)

there are no locks for SMS. Are you sure that the phone number was correct, when you ordered the SMS?

It's working!!! I don't know how but I tried one more time to get OTP from app. And it's working good. I'm receiving OTP without difficulty.

@o2_Sven I don't think I updated anything.

I only tried one more time with login process on Amazon and finally got OTP without any issue.

But, Thank you for giving me your time.

@o2_Sven I also don't know what happened back then. But, it's now working fine. And yeah, I don't have any other issue regarding sim. Thank you for your support.
