I have ordered a phone without contract from o2 website. Unfortunately, the delivery was not successful. When I checked the o2 logistic service page with my order number, I got to see some of the documents regarding my order. Among these documents, one of them is contract for the phone, and on this paper my address is correct as I wrote while ordering. But on the other documents ( like-delivery paper, billing copy etc ) somehow the last ‘alphabet’ of my address is removed.
I do not know what to do now? As the phone is already back to o2 and they say my order will be automatically cancelled, should I order it again or I have to wait until I receive the cancellation confirmation for my previous order?
