I have ordered Google Pixel 7 pro on 24th of November and I have received the confirmation order and the number number. But I still didn’t get any email regarding the dispatch of the product. I want to know the status of the order.

I have made my phone contract and I have asked for porting of my old number. But the porting has not yet happened it's been more than 7 days now. The old number is still activate and the new number has not yet ported.
Please help me out of this.

Regarding the prting of the phone number, when did you order this? Is the porting announced with you former operator so the number can be ported, maybe even prior to the end of contract?

I have ordered it on 24th of November along with the phone and my previous provider is O2. I had a prepaid plan before and now i have made a contract. Please let me know more about the porting process.

you have now released your prepaid phone number for portability. Now all you have to do is register here with your new (temporary) phone number and then use this link to apply for phone number portability: www.o2.de/mein-tarif/rufnummer-mitnehmen
