Hello guys,

I’d be pleased to have offers for my family.

  • wife: 5-10gb data, call/sms flat
  • 2 children: up to 5gb data, call/sms flat.

How old are the children? If under 18 then you should really consider Prepaid, otherwise look at the website for offers for existing o2 customers as these include a "Kombivorteil" discount for additional contracts on your account.

@bs0 thanks. Yes, the children are below 18. I’ve seen offers from other providers which are significantly cheaper than anything O2 offers for prepaid. But I’d rather have everything under my account with O2 than having to manage separate contracts elsewhere, or even having to manage the monthly top-ups. 
 

My current tariff I’d say is really good for unlimited max, so I’d expect that any offers (for a few gb data) from O2 are as well significantly lesser than what I pay for mine. At the end of the day, it’s good for O2 to have these customers (even if for the future).

if you are looking at new contracts then the recommendation from bs0 is probably the way and if you have any questions then you are welcome to ask here.If this is about contract extensions then we will of course help you with that, though you also have the option to extend your contracts online through mein o2.

I’ve tried to select something with the partner karte offers applied (for wife and kids). The discounts are there when I go to the Warenkorb, but as soon as I go to Kasse it shows now only the full standard prices. Any help with that? Thanks
