Hello All,

 

I requested for an o2 Prepaid number Ownership change. I sent an application for ownership change via fax to 004989954579015 o2 on 9th February 2024. But I have not heard any reply yet.

I took a look for you and I see, that we sent an E-Mail to you that the phone number you gave in the application form is not correct.

I check the application I faxed. The details are correct. It is an o2 number.

 

Also I did not receive any emails.

 

Please check again.
