This February, my friend’s number was transferred to me and i was informed to use this until October.
But due to the sudden Pandemic i have come back to South Korea on March and haven’t used the number ever since.
I thought i had to pay the premium until October but now i am charged again for November as well. Please help me clear out about the contract, and help me terminate the contract as soon as possible. and i would also like to know if it is possible to get the refund for the premium i payed on November.
I can’t find email address to send my documents needed for termination.
