Hello O2 customer care,

I had taken my wife's o2 sim card as an additional card to my contract. It was done more than one year back (09.01.2020) . Her number was ported from Aldi talk to O2. After changing to O2 she is not receiving any sms on her phone. We have tried çhanging phones but the issue is still the same. She cannot register to O2 because registration is done through sms. And as she is not receiving any sms we cannot register. We had received two sim cards and used the one whlith SIM1 written in the card.

Setting in the phone is already checked and they are set correctly. 

Her phone number is XXXXX

welcome to our English Community. Nice to meet you here. 

 

I just checked the number of your wife. 

 

As your wife has two cards with the same mobile phone number, I suppose that the SMS are sent on the card that is not in her phone. Is that a possibility? Please have a look here: multicard-settings
