Dear Costumer Service,

My name is Melika Hero Kaviani and this is my phone number +4917847xxxxxxx and this is my order reference WSHW4654xxxx.

Through my order,  my S22 ultra has a technical issue and I reported the return online. and Called the hotline and the Person to whom I talked to, said after the return The technischens will check the device and decide to either repair or replace the device with  a new one.

and I said that I do not want a repaired phone As I have ordered a New device, I need a New one as well. so He convinced me that I must cancel my contract and reorder another device with sim card.

and I said I have already owned a sim card from my current conrtact. So a I need is a Cellphone، he said for orders without sim card I must apply and order online by website. 

I triend 2 times ordering my device without a Sim Card but each time it got rejected!!!! 

 

so What I need now is that I Want to Keep my Current Contract and just return this faulty device with a Totally new and healthy one! 

Is this Possible?!! 

I am really annoyed while doing thid process since I don't know German!  please Help me out!

Alle Daten vorhanden, sogar mit Anschrift 🙂 das solltest du löschen. 
 

In der Sache hast du recht. 
Wenn man die Sprache , Deutsch nicht beherrscht und Englisch nur mangelhaft spricht sollte man vielleicht keine Verträge abschließen, bzw das nicht ohne Unterstützung tun.
