I have just checked and can confirm that your card is still active. The o2 Prepaid S pack is also currently activated until 15.11.

Appreciate your response, the problem is with my other number +4917XXXXXX. No calls, SMS and I still have credit available in it.
It says No service, and I wish to port out my numbers. Any specific step I have to do to port my numbers to another operator (Vodafone or Telekom ) ?

I have credits, 15Euro in above listed number and close to 6Euro in the current number (reflected in my o2 community account).
Can you please help me by releasing both numbers for port out(movement to another operator) and credit my balance in my bank account ?

You can release your number for porting in the My o2 App: Menue → Tarif & Optionen → Rufnummermitnahme → Button Rufnummer jetzt freigeben
For the payment of the remaining credit please use this form: Prepaid Guthabenauszahlung

Since am not getting any SMS for +49 176XXXXX40 can you please help me submit the release ? Am getting No Service error in this number.
Also, just verified the personal details, there is a typo error in the system.
My name should be changed to Vxxxxxxxxxxx Vxxxxxxxxxx (first 'k' in Firstname to be changed to 'v') in both the above numbers.
Please do the needful immediately and help me Port the numbers without issues.
