Lost my PIN and PUK

I can’t use my SIM anymore as I have lost my PIN and PUK. I cannot access my online o2 account without my SIM.  I would appreciate some help from o2 moderators.

Is your SIM actuylly asking for PIN, or is already PUK required?

Maybe you will find the sim card holder in which your sim arrived? On this holder you find PIN and PUK.

For your security we are not able to tell you your PUK right here in the community, but im pretty sure that either my colleagues will help you:

  • English-speaking support: 089 66 66 30081 (*Charges according to your rates for calls to German landline; Open: Mo. - Fr., 10 am - 6 pm)

To legitimate you, you will need your personal customer identification number (4 digits) or your id card.

Tip: Please register your number in Mein o2, as soon you can use your sim card again, it makes things easier.
