I received jbl xtreme 3 with samsung s22 ultra last November. I have now problem with it because it won't charge any more. I visited O2 shop and they told me that i should contact Samsung. Please guide me, someone. Thanks

thank you for getting in touch with your question this way. Did you get the JBL box for free with your mobile phone? Did you order and receive the box through us or directly from Samsung? In this case, you should contact the Samsung customer service.

My mistake, it was with my s22 ultra and i already contacted even shop and jbl company. Both said that they are not responsible. I changed battery in speaker and now it is working. And of course i will never again take any promotion from O2. Thanks

Yes, but not with help from O2. I did it by myself. There is nothing that you should know. I had an issue with device provided by O2 and i didn't get any help from them. I will never again take anything from o2. So disappointed.

So ich habe das gleiche Problem wie oben beschrieben, war im autorisierten O2 Shop und man hat mich an Samsung verwiesen! Dort angerufen aber es scheint niemals irgendwas zu wissen, wer dafür zuständig ist, jeder schiebt den Schwarzen auf wen anderen und der Kunde bekommt das Gerät dadurch nicht repariert!
Es gibt eine Gewährleistung und die würde ich gerne in Anspruch nehmen, da sich die JBL Box Extreme 3 nicht mehr aufladen lässt!
