International Roaming not working in Bangladesh

Hi, I am unable to receive any messages/calls and not internet service in Bangladesh and on my phone No Network is shown. I have tried most steps mentioned in various article across websites and o2 community. Do I need to activate anything. I do have credit and validity on my SIM. Any help is very much appreciated.

Thank you very much for your answer. It can take up to 10 attempts to log in when using manual network selection. Have you tried this?

Have you tried manual network selection? Regardless, I would advise you not to use your prepaid card there. Your credit will disappear so quickly given the prices.

welcome to our o2 Community 🙂

Have you tried manual network selection? According to our list of partner networks for prepaid roaming, there are Banglalink, Grameenphone Limited and Robi Axiata to choose via the settings in your cellphone.

Hello Gerrit,

Yes i did. Then i tried to make a call to check if it’s working. The call got received automatically but it never reach my and o2 deducted 4.2 euro for that. I mean what is o2 upto?
