Wie lautet dein Bestellstatus?

I didn’t receive any email, and when I called your company they told me that DHL was already to my apartament and they didn’t find me home yesterday, but I was home all day. And they sand it back also I didn’t receive any email about my order status

i am glad to welcome you in our community. 
Sadly the delivery service were not able to deliver the package. I do not known the exactly reason but sometimes its because the name is not written on the door bell. But in this case it doesn´t matter. Sadly the hardware were send back by the delivery partner so the contract is cancelled automatically. 
Should you receive a sim card by post, please inform us so we can cancel the mobile plan as well if you wish.
