did you order your iPhone and the Airpods separately? In that case each installment plan has to be registered separately in Mein o2 to create a customer account for each.

then you probably aren’t logged in with a contract. Did you register your myHandy contracts with mein o2?

if you haven’t registered in Mein o2 already, you can do so here: Bei o2 Registrieren und Vorteile nutzen: Jetzt anmelden (o2online.de)
You would need your contract number from the invoice that was sent to you earlier.

it says that you are already logged in, probably with the account that you are using here for the community. So once you’ve logged out of this, you can then proceed with the registration of your myHandy contract.

I tried with Airpods Vertragnummer, its working fine. But for iPhone Vertragnummer is not working it says Already registered?

then you probably registered the iPhone previously already. We can’t see your databank entries here, since your community account isn’t connected to any contract, so we can’t really tell anything further about a registration potentially already existing. It might be helpful in this case if you contacted the english hotline.
