Hello, team!

I signed a contract for a O2 Homespot on May 2020, but unfortunately it does not suit my needs in internet speed connection, that is why I want to cancel this contract. Could you please help me and explain what is the procedure of the cancellation? Thank you.

Also just in case, I have my sim contract for the mobile which is fine, but on my spot it works also not so well, but I only want to cancel Homespot contract and not the SIM card contract.

I have checked your homespot contract, it has a 24 months minimum duration and can be cancelled normally by the end of the contract. You can either cancel by priority notice or by letter. Please find more information in our English FAQ on cancellation.

 

If required, you can also use this form to cancel your contract.
