I signed a contract for a O2 Homespot on May 2020, but unfortunately it does not suit my needs in internet speed connection, that is why I want to cancel this contract. Could you please help me and explain what is the procedure of the cancellation? Thank you.
Also just in case, I have my sim contract for the mobile which is fine, but on my spot it works also not so well, but I only want to cancel Homespot contract and not the SIM card contract.
