Hallo,

I live in Memmeldosrf 96117, street XXXXXXX.  Internet home spot (50mb/s), is with very little flow,download speed is 3-4 mb/s, upload 5-6 mb/s.  Can you tell me what the problem is and is there any solution???

I just checked your contract with the tariff “o2 My Home M Flex (LTE 2020)” for you. I found out that the contract was ordered originally for your contact address in 96155 Buttenheim. 

 

If you would like to use your contract at another address, in your case in 96117 Memmelsdorf, we first of all need to check your contract for this address. 

 

Did you already check this under this link: availability of internet for homespot Do you see that your contract “o2 My Home M Flex (FMS)” is available for this address? If not, the homespot-contract is not usable at the address. (Please do not mix it up with DSL or Cable). 

 

Please note that you cannot just use the contract at any address that you like without informing us. We need to change the address where you like to use your homespot-contract in our system. This will be charged with 20 € for each address-change.

Please try out to use the homespot now at your new address. The best is to set the router near the window.

Hi @o2_Tobias,

I can tell you that there is an improvement but it is not even close to what I wanted.  I don't want to use LTE internet anymore. What should i do to switch to using DSL internet?

I regret that you are not happy with your o2 homespot-contract. 

 

If you like to change to DSL, just cancel the contract “o2 my Home M Flex (LTE/5G)”. You have with this contract a monthly cancellation possibility.

Before you activate a new o2 DSL-contract, please make sure that availability is guaranteed. Please check this here: Internet connection

 

Make sure that in the tariff you choose the technology “DSL” is mentioned: 

You can either chosse a duration of 24 months (which has a better price) or a monthly duration:
