Hi,
I ordered a Google Pixel 6 at the end of May'22 during which the offer was to receive Google Buds with every purchase. When I tried ordering the accessory online through O2 portal it kept failing for some reason. Later, I received an email and someone ordered it on my behalf. The accessory was then auto shipped 2 weeks ago during the same period I had moved my apartment and it went undelivered. I have already updated my address in the O2 portal and the accessory still went to my old address and returned. Now I am not able to place the order through the portal.
