Hello O2,

I currently have 2 x O2 Free M contract (one of them is a Partner Card), both of them have more than 2 years and now I would like to get a new phone with tariff f for the main number .

I see that O2 has an offer for a Pixel 7 Pro for new customers that is very attractive, but that is not available for me if I want to extend the contract. Still, I would very much prefer not to cancel my contract and get a new one just for that, specially because of the bureaucracy involved with the Partner Card. Is there anything else that I can do? Would a visit to an O2 store in person help in this case?

We can also look for a contract extension offer for you. Tell us which number (please only state the last three digits) you would like to renew with Pixel 7 Pro. How much data volume do you need with this contract in the future? Please also tell us how much memory the Pixel 7 Pro should have and which colour you prefer. Then we can send you a corresponding offer by email. Please be patient, however, as it may take a little time for the colleagues responsible for contract renewals to get back to you in this post.

Thanks a lot for the answer and I hope you get some well deserved break after this Black Friday thing :) 

I would like to have my number with final “073” with the Pixel 7 Pro - Obsidian and128 GB. And I think that the Free M with 20 GB is enough data volume for me.
