Hello , 

I had purchased O2 Homespot small (19.98 euros) for young people. But today I get a bill saying I have to pay 28.64 for one month. I dont understand why I am charged extra. Please refund me the extra amount back.

As customer I have no access to your bill.  :wink:     In the bill you´ll find position like

“Grundgebühr Tarif”  and additional positions. Read it and you know the reason.


Where can I find the bill ? I can not find it in the My O2 section. Can you please send me the link to check the bill ?

The extra charge in your first invoice is the shipping fee for your homespot (9,99 EUR once). Unfortunately we are not allowed to refund it.

To check your invoices in detail please sign in for “Meino2” but remember to logout of your community. This is just a prospect login with no access to personal data. For Homespot contracts please use your mobile phone number to register.
