English Speaking Representative


I need someone to who speaks English to please call me. I am unable to communicate telephonically in German.

What's the matter? The o2 employees on the forum can do everything for you except termination, which can be done via letter.

Is it not possible to speak to someone in English?

When you call the hotline you can ask to speak to somebody in English.

Thanks for your response. I called the hotline and asked to speak to someone in English and was directed to an English speaking representative who was super helpful. Problem solved!

I called hotline and its all german i urgently need an english speaker since there is additional dimoco payment on my bil and your colleagues told me they canceled it, i have no idea what is this for and its still charged please reach me out urgently

Thanks for contacting us concerning a certain charge. 

 

Where in your invoice did you see a charge from Dimoco? If you like, you can post a sreenshot here, but make sure that all personal details like mobile phone number and your name etc. are not seen. 

 

From 3rd of August, you blocked all 3rd party services. So, normally you should not see anything from Dimoco on your invoice from 3rd August 2020 onward.
