This means in English The Personal Customer key and how to get it.

This is a very interesting article which deal’s with your ( PKK"Persönliche Kundenkennzahl")  “Personal Customer Code" to make  your self known to customer services. 

This code is critical , for example they would need your code to make changes to your account or to activate your sim.

If you are a new customer and order online via the website, you will set the ( PKK ) "Personal Customer Code" yourself in the ordering process.

If you sign the contract in a local O2 shop, you will be able  set this four-digit number there and then. You will find the PKK in your written documents on page 1. If you order by other means such  via a comparison website , then you get the PKK  key   in an e-mail.

Also you can also get your PKK in an o2 shop. The staff in the shop will have to check your identity with an official ID and then you get the PKK immediately
