LAST 24 OF JANUARY 2024 I WENT TO O2 STORE TO CONSULT ABOUT THE EXTENDING THE CONTRACT  WHICH IS CURRENTLY I HAVE MY POST PAID PLAN TARIFF OF M FLEX ONLINE FOR 25GB UNLIMTED CALL & SMS, THE SALESMAN ON THE O2 STOE AT KARSLPLATZ MUNCHEN WAS GIVING LL THE OPTION AND ENCOURAGING TO EXTEND THE CONTRACT WITH A NEW DEVICE OF SAMSUNG GALAXY S24 ULTRA PROMTION. AS SOON I DECIDED TO EXTEND THE CONTRACT THEY ARRANGE THE DELEVERY OF THE DEVICE AT MY DIRECTION, UNTIL 26 OF JANUARY DHL LOGISTIC ATTEMPT TO DELIVER BUT IT WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL FOR I DON´T KNOW THE REASON IS, SO AFTER THE DAY UNTIL THE NEXT 2 DAYS IT WAS DELIVER BACK TO O2 LOGISTIC STORE ROOM, SO AFTER CONSULTING FOR SEVERAL CALL IN ENGLISH DEPARTMENT TO MAKE SOME SOLUTIONS IF THERE ARE SOME…. BUT UNFORTUNATELY THEY TOLD ME THAT IT CANNOT DELIVER THE DEVICE AGAIN I HAVE TO GO TO THE STORE AND ASK FOR IT. UNTIL I DECIDED THAT THIS KIND OF SERVICE DOESN´T MAKE SENSE AT ALL SO I DECIDED TO GO BACK TO THAT STORE WHERE I WAS MAE THE EXTENSION OF THE CONTRACT SO THAT I WILL CANCEL IT EVERYTHING AND EVEN THE TARIFF CHANGE.  THE STORE SALESMAN DOESN´T GIVE ANY DAMN SOLUTIONS AND EVERYTHING WAS SO CONFUSING. I THINK O2 SHOULD BE RELIABLE ENOUGH TO GIVE A CERTAIN SOLUTIONS FOR THIS KIND OF THE EFFECT TO THE CUSTOMER I EXTEND THE CONTRACT BECAUSE IT WAS OFFERED WITH A NEW INSTALLMENT DEVICE AND CHANGING A TRIFF, AFTER IT I CANNOT MAKE AN ORDER OF DEVICE SO THAT I ANNA GO BACK TO THE SAME AT IT WAS BEFORE. BUT THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL IN THIS SITUATION.

Vertrauen Sie keinem Verkäufer in einem O2-Store, sondern vielmehr dem Personal vom o2-Shop (Flaggschiff) München, Neuhauser Str. 45 Sie sind nicht sehr hilfsbereit, nachdem sie davon überzeugt wurden, Ihren Vertrag zu verlängern. Sie würden sich überhaupt nicht um Rückfragen kümmern. Sie werden Ihre Nummer sperren, sodass Sie sie nicht erreichen können!! Der Manager ist unhöflich, xxx. Das Personal trinkt während der Arbeit Bier und wartet darauf, dass ein Kunde kommt! Dieses Verkaufspersonal soll lediglich dazu dienen, den Kunden zu ermutigen, einen Vertrag zu unterzeichnen, ohne ihm zu erklären, welche Möglichkeiten es in der Zukunft gibt. Sie wollen einfach nur verkaufen und nichts weiter! 
im taking this seriously most of the employee their are not professional enough to attend what are their role not just to sell they should what CUSTOMER SERVICE IS… and the very ridiculous thing that is an employee can drink a bottle of beer while having his duty!!! How can it be allowed and possible that company has not maintaining their image that those personnel handle the image of your company!!! Seriously…  all of the men on that store they just want to give a good customer service just to made you convince and trick you in to their  sales habitual goal!!!

Would you prefer to communicate in German or English? I will write in English for now because you wrote mostly in English.

As I understand it, DHL has not delivered your parcel. Normally you would now be notified that your order has been canceled because it could not be delivered to you. After the cancellation is through you can place a new order.

It is unfortunate that you did not have a good experience in a Shop. Can you explain what exactly you need support with?
