LAST 24 OF JANUARY 2024 I WENT TO O2 STORE TO CONSULT ABOUT THE EXTENDING THE CONTRACT WHICH IS CURRENTLY I HAVE MY POST PAID PLAN TARIFF OF M FLEX ONLINE FOR 25GB UNLIMTED CALL & SMS, THE SALESMAN ON THE O2 STOE AT KARSLPLATZ MUNCHEN WAS GIVING LL THE OPTION AND ENCOURAGING TO EXTEND THE CONTRACT WITH A NEW DEVICE OF SAMSUNG GALAXY S24 ULTRA PROMTION. AS SOON I DECIDED TO EXTEND THE CONTRACT THEY ARRANGE THE DELEVERY OF THE DEVICE AT MY DIRECTION, UNTIL 26 OF JANUARY DHL LOGISTIC ATTEMPT TO DELIVER BUT IT WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL FOR I DON´T KNOW THE REASON IS, SO AFTER THE DAY UNTIL THE NEXT 2 DAYS IT WAS DELIVER BACK TO O2 LOGISTIC STORE ROOM, SO AFTER CONSULTING FOR SEVERAL CALL IN ENGLISH DEPARTMENT TO MAKE SOME SOLUTIONS IF THERE ARE SOME…. BUT UNFORTUNATELY THEY TOLD ME THAT IT CANNOT DELIVER THE DEVICE AGAIN I HAVE TO GO TO THE STORE AND ASK FOR IT. UNTIL I DECIDED THAT THIS KIND OF SERVICE DOESN´T MAKE SENSE AT ALL SO I DECIDED TO GO BACK TO THAT STORE WHERE I WAS MAE THE EXTENSION OF THE CONTRACT SO THAT I WILL CANCEL IT EVERYTHING AND EVEN THE TARIFF CHANGE. THE STORE SALESMAN DOESN´T GIVE ANY DAMN SOLUTIONS AND EVERYTHING WAS SO CONFUSING. I THINK O2 SHOULD BE RELIABLE ENOUGH TO GIVE A CERTAIN SOLUTIONS FOR THIS KIND OF THE EFFECT TO THE CUSTOMER I EXTEND THE CONTRACT BECAUSE IT WAS OFFERED WITH A NEW INSTALLMENT DEVICE AND CHANGING A TRIFF, AFTER IT I CANNOT MAKE AN ORDER OF DEVICE SO THAT I ANNA GO BACK TO THE SAME AT IT WAS BEFORE. BUT THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL IN THIS SITUATION.
