Change from postpaid to prepaid contract

Hello, 

I have a DSL internet with 2 postpaid SIM cards with no contract obligation.

I would like to terminate my postpaid SIM contract and change to prepaid but keep my numbers. I would also like to keep the internet if possible.

If this is not possible then I will cancel the whole contract. Please let me know how can I do this.

The contract of the postpaid SIM are older than 24 month or are Flex contracts?

Which tarif plan have you choosen for the 2 mobile contracts.? Are these allready cancelled and deactivated? 

You have the opportunity to order a free prepaid card, cancel the mobile contract if you really want.
The last step would be porting the number. You can order this service directly from your Mein o2 area.

@schluej : I don’t really know if this is a Flex contract. I have had the SIM cards since August, 2017.

@o2_Micha The contracts are not yet cancelled. Both SIMs are still functional. Do I have to cancel them first in order to buy the prepaid SIM? Do I go to the local O2 shop to ask for porting the numbers?

@o2_Micha@o2_Flo@schluej : Hello, I have now scheduled an internet “umzug” on the 6.7.2023. But the problem is we moved into the new apartment yesterday with no internet. Both me and my wife frequently work from home. I was wondering if it is possible to give us additional mobile data to tide over the next few days? I tried calling the O2 service but couldn’t find an English speaker. Really appreciate any help.

Hey @AAJ ,
thanks for your patience. We do offer an additional mobile data pack to bridge the gap between the “umzug”.
It’s called o2 Always on with 200GB. If you are not a o2 moblie user yet, you can order a testcard for free and book the o2 Always on pack.
