I just signed a mobile roaming contract and chose the eSim option. However, after completing the purchase I discovered that even the eSim was sent by mail, not by email.

I would like to know if there is any way to change this and receive my activation QR Code in my email, as I am moving to Germany next week and I need internet to get to my hotel and then to my final destination (that that the eSim will be sent).

If this is not possible, I would like to know how I should go about canceling my purchase, as I only subscribed because I thought I would receive my eSim in my email and have internet immediately.

I'm sorry, but this is not possible, we send the SIM only via “Post”. Were you able to use the link revoke or cancel a mobile phone contract, in this case to cancel your Number?
