I just signed a mobile roaming contract and chose the eSim option. However, after completing the purchase I discovered that even the eSim was sent by mail, not by email.
I would like to know if there is any way to change this and receive my activation QR Code in my email, as I am moving to Germany next week and I need internet to get to my hotel and then to my final destination (that that the eSim will be sent).
If this is not possible, I would like to know how I should go about canceling my purchase, as I only subscribed because I thought I would receive my eSim in my email and have internet immediately.
