Hello! I placed an order for a phone (with SIM) with Vertrag last week. As I track the shipment it was already here in my region but suddenly it could not be delivered and will be returned to sender. Why is that so? I am confused. I have received another Email about ‘Handy Rechnung’. And how about the refund?

I am very sorry that your order couldn't be delivered. Have you checked whether the address was correct? Is your name on the doorbell and mailbox?
If the package is already being returned, unfortunately we can no longer stop it. The contract will then be canceled and any fees paid will be refunded.
If you would like a new shipment, you would then have to order again.

Thank you very much for your response @o2_Giulia . That saddens me a bit, I was quite excited for my new phone. Yes, I have entered the correct address (even double checked it before sending the application) and also have my name on the doorbell and mailbox. I just don’t understand why they couldn’t find it.
@o2_Giulia does this mean it’s already sent back to the original sender?
Hello @Esfa , yes. Exactly. "The recipient could not be found at the address. " Apparently the parcel carrier could not find the address and/or the name. I'm sorry about that. The parcel has already arrived back at our address. Kind regards, Solveig

Hello @Esfa , the refund will be issued automatically within 10 days. The amount will be transferred to the original payment method used. The invoice correction shows that the o2 My Handy contract has been cancelled ? Kind regard, Solveig

Hello! I saw in my account just today that I was deducted with €38 for the “Ratenplan”. The product that I ordered did not arrived and was returned. I already received the refund and I thought the said “order” and the “Vertrag” will be automatically cancelled after that. So why the deductions? Was it not cancelled yet?! I need answers now and i need a refund for the 38€!
