I’m an existing customer with O2 for few years now and last month I got a phone call with from your colleague that I would be able to get 10GB of internet additionally for free with the contract that I currently have. I have notice that when my bill was issued, instead of paying 21,99€ which is what I agreed on, I payed over 27€. Can you please research this issue and get back to me as soon as possible? Unfortunately I’m not able to open any of my invoices as your website is not allowing me to do so.
