Hello,

 

My home internet is not working. WLAN LED is on but not DSL or internet

What should I do?

So the WiFi is working but you have no Internet? It could be a temporary fault but if it doesn't sort itself out after a few hours you will need to phone o2 to report the fault.


You can use the o2 DSL Hilfe App. If the App advises you to call the hotline, please do so. 


Thank you for your replies. Which is the number I can call for an English speaking hotline? 

It was shown online that there is some general problem in the area an hour ago, but shows its resolved now. However we still do not have the internet access. 


@Thalassi have you restart your Router? If not, please do it. Is your internet now back?

Please do not confuse the o2 mobile network with DSL. Problems in the mobile network is irrelevant for DSL connections.
