In December 11, I sent letters of termination to O2 by letter for my current used DSL contract (Rufnummer: XXXXXXXX). In my cover letter, I mentioned that I will leave Germany on 01.01.2020, thus have to terminate the DSL contract. However, I never receive confirmation from O2 in any forms. 

I find it very unfavorable that there is no way to contact the provider, wait forever in the queue and then let myself be comforted. Can I assume that O2 has accepted my termination, or do I actually have to issue some letters again? Does anyone have experience here?

Well, you are a little bit late. If you have opted for a contract without a minimum contract period with 4 weeks notice at the end of the month ("Flex" contract "), the contract can be terminated on January 31, 2020 at the earliest.
