I have infomed by phone they accept my special termination . But still i dont get any information via post or email Can anybody help

Please explain why U have a Sonderkündigungsrecht (in the form Außerordentlich).

Or if you have done the contract online and your are within the 14 weeks than send an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de as discript in the Widerrufsbelehrung


I made sonder kundigung because 02 can not provide 5g in my area where I recently move. Custom service made sure it iWork be deactivated but still no confirmation via post or email 


You have a Home contract with a mobile connection?

And you have filled out the Umzug in the My O2 portal for this Home contract!?

Or do you have a normal contract for your handy?


If it is a mobile phone contract it would be unusual for o2 to agree to early termination after a move. Or us this a home internet contract with a router?

Once the decision has been made by the respective department a letter is usually sent out. You should be wary of information on early termination given by telephone as it is unfortunately not always correct.

Your cancellation was supposed to take effect on 31/05/2024, but due to a deactivation error it only became effective on 05/06/2024. When the next bill appears, you can request a credit note for the 5 days. Do you have any other questions?
