Regarding moving my DSL internet connection to salzgitter and as well upgrading it to better plan

I got a new job in salzgitter and I am planning to move by end of march. I am currently using o2 my home s DSL connection with a contract duration of 24months. Actually this contract runs till 24th july2021. I would like to upgrade to o2 my home L plan and as well move it to my new apartment in salzgitter starting of april 2021. I would be glad to know if its possible? what is the process for doing?

    as far as I can see you already followed @blablups tipp and applied for moving the DSL connection.
