Hi,

Since yesterday evening I am unable to connect to the Internet. As shown in the figure, the DSL modem’s “DSL” LED keeps blinking and the “Internet” LED never turns on. I restarted the modem multiple times already but the problem persists. I also tried to contact the service number (089 78 79 79 40 0) but they are unable to assist as I cannot speak in German. Will it be possible to arrange for a technician visit to my place through this forum instead? Thank you.

Yang Fu.

@FYang You don’t have a German speaken friend who can assist you? Did you use the mein service app for a pre ticket?

Hello @FYang and welcome to our o2 community :-)

If the DSL connection is not working there are several possible reasons. If every cable connection is tested and turns out fine and also the o2 my Service App ist not able to bring back the connection the best solution is to contact our technical DSL team.

If you do not speak any german at all I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does so since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.

How does your DSL connection look right now? Is it up and running again? Were you able to contact our DSL team? :-)

regards,

Lars
