My O2 internet connection is not working since the activation (for past 2 weeks). I have raised many technical tickets, called the customer care and also visited the local o2 service center and not yet solved.
Thus I have raised a cancellation request before the 14th day of contract (last week), the ticket number is XXXXXXX
- Can you let me know when this will be completed?
- If I need to return the router, to which address should I send it?
