I cannot view my first invoice


I have receive a email for reminding me to checking my 1st invoice, but every time when I log into the system, it says like:   “Excuse me

Due to technical problems, your data cannot be loaded at the moment. Please try again later.

Your O 2 team”

can you please help to figure it out or just send me the invoice through email. Thanks.

Please check if you have already registered for “Mein o2”. You can find more detailed information in English here.

 

Unfortunately, we can not send invoices via email for data protection reasons. If you want to receive your emails by letter, please let us know.

Yes, I’m sure I have registered but there is no invoice in my account. Much appreciated if you can send the invoices to my address in letter. 
 

BTW, I also didn’t receive the confirmation letter with my PIN information, and I have called the service for that. Would you please also send it to me by letter? Thanks again and have a nice weekend!

It's inconsistent. Without the PKK, it is not possible to register the contract with the landline phone number for "Mein o2". So if the contract was not registered properly at all, you are probably using a prospective customer login. This generally does not allow access to contract data. That's why you get the error message mentioned.

The PKK (4 digits) were chosen by you when ordered the o2 DSL connection. If you ordered via an intermediary such as Check24, they have given you the 4 digits of the PKK.
