You can contact the financial department by phone, that would be the 089 78 7979 456 or you can also try the chat, if WhatsApp isn’t working for you.
As you have left Germany, did you terminate the contract that you’ve had over here?

Hi, I need help. I tried to contact the financial department of O2 but they speak only German. The issue is that I have a payment plan with a debt collection company.
