extension of contract

Hi All,

My contract will end 14.11.2024.But I would like to extend the contract.I can speak only English.Called mutiple times to customer care.But no results and they are transferring the call one dept to another dept.

O2 team please help to extend my contract

I have deleted the new offer. Please extend my original DSL contract

If you (or o2) have not cancelled the o2 (my) Home contract, it will not end. You can continue to use the tariff as normal even after the end of the minimum contract term. No action by the customer is necessary for this.

Cancellation was intiatied by me few months before.But I want to extend it now

we'll be happy to take a look at it.

If you have requested a change of provider, the contract with your new provider must already have been canceled.

Do you just want to withdraw your cancellation or also have a new plan with new conditions?

it is a pity that your request was not understood correctly, did you contact the english hotline?

I've just had a look at your profile and see that you received an offer for a new contract yesterday. You now have two options. 

  1. Either the termination of the old contract remains in place and you accept the new offer or
  2. you can delete the e-mail with the new offer and we can remove the deactivation of the cancellation and make you an offer to extend your original contract

What would you rather do?

 

@Sächsin was genau findest du daran traurig? Dafür haben wir doch die englische Community und Hotline. 🤔

I need same speed with DSL with router 250 Mbits/s

Can I continue with the same router ?

Hello @varatharaja ,

We can simply let the contract continue as you have it now. You can of course continue to use your router.
If we extend the contract here, we would have to switch to a current DSL tariff and these have become more expensive in the meantime.

So if you're happy with your tariff, let's just leave everything as it is.

Hello @varatharaja ,

Thank you for your feedback.
We will leave everything as it is now and the contract termination has already been removed here.
The contract will then simply continue to run on a monthly basis until you either decide on a different tariff or cancel the contract.
