Ending the internet and phone contract

Hello,

I’m leaving Germany for good in the end of May and therefore asking how does terminating the contract work? I currently pay for 2 services: O2 DSL S and O2 Free S. Can I do it online especially now during the coronavirus situation. If you could guide me trough step-by-step would be super!
