I left Germany last September. I went to an O2 shop to end my O2 contract because of leave. The O2 service people told me, my contract would end on 02/2020, If I wanted to end my contract now, I needed to go to KVR to have a confirmation that I would leave Germany. As a foreigner, I don’ t know why they need me to do this. I told the man my flight was on next week, I could not get a confirmation from KVR before. I just let him end my contract on 02/2020. From 09.2019 to 03.2020, I no longer use my O2 number, but I still pay 29.9 euro every month. I am really upset, the man told me my contract will end on 02.2020, this month I still pay for my O2 fee, and I just log in my O2 online account, this contract will end on 07.2020.

Now, I just want to end my O2 contract. from 09.2019 to 03.2020, I have paid 209.3 Euro for an unused O2 SIM card.
