Hello, my dsl has been disconnected for a whole week now and I have tried more than 10 times to call the customer service hotline, usually after a good 15-30 minutes waiting I finally get some people to talk to me, due to the fact that my german language skill is lacking I usually ask my friend to help me negotiate with the service guy, but no matter how many different hotlines I’ve call none of them have offer any sort of help until now, they always tell my friend the same thing over and over again, it’s not his departments problem, go call another hotline. I called at least 5 different hotlines and they never helped me a single bit. I understand the current situation in Frankfurt so all the o2 shops are closed, and now I’m stuck at home with no WiFi. So please help me and give me the correct hotline number, give a number once I called, waited for the service guy, who can actually finally offer me some help, my problem is my dsl has been disconnected and I’m trying to get people to come fix it. I don’t have the Festnetznummer due to the fact I already have my phone number with o2, but I do have my Kontonummer for my dsl. Please give me the correct number to call, and actually offer me some help. It’s getting really disappointing and frustrating now
