contract change or cancellation

Hello i am o2 DSL user - i would like to change my contract to another nameand another bank account - let me please know what should be my steps.

Hello @JuliaZ and welcome to the o2 community :-)

I am sure we will be able to help you to find answers to your questions. If you say you want to change the contract to a new name will you be still the contract partner and changed your name because of for example a marriage? Or do you wish to give the contract to a new person?

Depending on the answer the actions to be taken differ a little bit.

If you “only” change your name and want the contracct to show this please send the a copy of the formal documents that prove the change of name to our customer service. You will find the address on every bill above your address.

If on the other hand you wish to hand over the contract to a different person you can do this online. We also have a (german) thread where you will find the link to hand over the contract to another person in the marked answer.
