What should i provide O2 team for the DSL cancellation?
I cancel the DSL contract because i will leave the Germany. i had an appointment with citizen’s office for the cancellation confirmation on 22th April. But due to the COVID19, this appointment was canceled. it means i cannot get the leaving confirmation from the authority. What should i do?
i will leave Germany in the middle of May. could i use my flight ticket as the proof of my leaving? In addtion, which documents should i provide for the O2 for the cancellation? please tell me totally. i really hope anyone can help me to terminate this contract.
By the way, the O2 cancellation department still work recently? can they receive my letter?
When I applied for this DSL in O2 shop, there were many invisible constraints that were not told truthfully!!!I realized there are so many overlord clauses for the cancellation of the O2 DSL. For me, there was even a sense of being cheated. I clearly remembered an O2 staff in real shop told me i could easily cancel the DSL contract when i leave Germany. But now the fact is not they told me. And the O2 customer service is also so terrible, very terrible, especially for non-Germany speakers.
But anyway, i just want to finish this contract as soon as possible. Actually, i begin the cancellation procedure of the DSL in this January, but until now i did’t cancel it successfully.
