Good morning, I want it to ask for the SIM card. I had stolen my phone yesterday and I want the same number of O2 again, I had a prepaid card and I don't remember my password for my O2, so I can't do it from there because they gave me one Send verification code in my lost phone. What can I do?

Did you already contact our customer service or do you have already barred the stolen sim-card and ordered a new one?
