I have not received confirmation of a SIM

Hi there,

I registered for a new contract with you on Aug 14. I received the phone on Aug 28, but I still have no confirmation of a contract being started. I have also not received a contract or SIM card.

Hi @chelseajpaquette,

I have checked this matter for you. The first order was cancelled because of a negative credit check. But right now a new SIM card is on its way. There is no shipping ID so far, but I think you will get it during the next days.
