I need to have my mobile prepaid number ported to another network. I tried to do this via the menu online but the website instructed me that my number (beginning 0176719 XXX XX) could not be ported automatically and that I would have to call the hotline or contact O2 directly.
Is there a moderator here that can assist with this?
