Prepaid Sim card activation


Hello 😊

Need quick assistance if possible.

4 days ago i bought 02 prepaid card in REWE.

I finished video identification, and now waiting for activation or activation email.

Nothing happens, and the problem is I need it for my work.

I dont want to use other card since it is the same procedure.

Can anyone help me?

Unfortunately we can’t find a technical error why the registration has not been finished so far. I sent a note to my colleagues to check this matter. I hope they will get back to me as soon as possible to give you an answer.

I really don't understand either.

Tryed everything, card is still in the phone, "only emergency calls".

Should i do video identification & everything else from the start, perhaps buy new card?

did you succeed to get the SIM card started? 

My colleagues told me they continued with the activation process manually because of a technical problem.
