Can you please tell me the process to Terminate my Prepaid Contract?
I'm moving to another Service Provider.
I want to take my current mobile number from o2 prepaid to another provider for my new contract. Could you please release my number 0176 **** 7194 for porting immediately?

When you port your number away, the “contract” for Prepaid is automatically deactivated with that. For the release of the number, please contact the hotline oder the chat. If you have any other questions we’d be happy to help you here.

With prepaid, an opt-in is still possible (only in the O2 app).
Under Tarif & Optionen -> Rufnummernmitnahme
