Please I want to port my number, and the new provider said my number has not been released yet. I used a prepaid plan. there is no credit or data currently on my sim. 

The only this is see the is active is the Data automatic loop. please how can I cancel it. Thanks

Please contact our prepaid colleagues so they can release your number for porting. You can deactivate the pack booking yourself on my o2.
