Hallo,
Ich habe den O2 meines Prepaid S-Plans und mein Tarif ist laut Mein O2 App der O2 Loop.
Ich versuche, den Monese-Kundendienst aus Deutschland anzurufen, aber ein 10-minütiger Anruf kostet 4,90 Euro. Ist das richtig? Sollte es nicht 9 Prozent pro Minute sein?

I have the o2 my prepaid S plan and my tariff is the O2 Loop, according to the Mein O2 app.
I am trying to call the German Monese Customer Service, but a 10 minute call costed 4.90 euro. Is this correct? Shouldn’t it be 9 cents per minute?

The number I am trying to call is +4932211122013. It is the contact for the customer service of a

 

Area code 32 is used for special numbers because this area code is not limited to a specific area (e.g. landline numbers in Hamburg or Berlin) and can be used anywhere in Germany.
Therefore, a different price applies to calls to these numbers:

    Sondernummern oder Anrufe ins Ausland können mehr als 9 Cent / Minute kosten.

    Die Allnet-Flat gilt generell nicht zu zu Sondernummern.

      Es ist der Ansprechpartner für den Kundenservice einer digitalen Bank namens Monese.

      Ich bin erst kürzlich nach Deutschland gezogen, daher bin ich mir nicht sicher, was spezielle Nummern sind. Ist 032 eine Sondernummer?
