Dear O2 team, recently I switched to another SIM provider and asked for SIM portability, but it was rejected for the following reason: 1. Your previous provider refused to transfer your phone number at the end of the contract. on the
2. The approval for early number portability has not yet been obtained from your previous provider.
3.Please contact your previous provider to clarify the facts. .
I am a prepaid customer and do not have a contract with O2. Please help me solve this problem.

I released it already couple of days back, but it stil it is denied.
